We hauled out our wheat from our home storage this past week. We are about half done so far and had some great weather to get it out of the bins. The next week isn’t looking so lovely, but hoping to still get most of it cleared out and hauled off.
The wheat is funneled out of the grain bin through two holes in the bottom of the bin. It is then auger-ed out and up into an upright auger. Where it is then dumped into the truck that will take it off down the road.
We also found what must have been a very warm spot for a few local ladies!
